What You Need to Do Next

Two mandatory submissions stand between your association and the judging panel. Both must be completed for your nomination to count.

Part A — Mandatory
Email Impact Report
⏰ Deadline: 20 May 2026

Submit a written impact report of no more than 1,500 words covering your association's key achievements over the past 12 months, structured around the six judging criteria.

  • Include data, photographs & event documentation
  • Attach media coverage or evidence of impact
  • Maximum 1,500 words — quality over quantity
  • Email to: enquiries@optoglobe.org
Part B — Mandatory
Social Media Campaign
⏰ Deadline: 10 June 2026

Publish a post — or series of posts — across all active platforms announcing your nomination. Engagement counts: likes, shares, and comments contribute to your score.

  • Announce your nomination clearly
  • Summarise your association's 12 months of work
  • Include as many photos and videos as possible
  • Tag OPTOGLOBE on every platform used
  • Call on members to follow OPTOGLOBE's pages
  • Email post links to: enquiries@optoglobe.org — subject line: "Social Media Submission — [Association Name]"
⚠️ Both Part A and Part B are mandatory. A nomination is only complete and eligible for judging once both submissions have been received by OPTOGLOBE.
